Purchase Order Online via Fax- Regular price $950
You can now order online with a purchase order. Just pick your products through the webstore, select the purchase order option, enter your purchase order number, and then fax the original purchase order to us to complete the order. Please do not mail purchase orders.
Please note: The kit price for purchase order sales is $950. During the checkout process the price will reflect the discount price of $860. Upon checkout, a $90 Purchase Order charge will be added to your order. This total price can be viewed after checkout.
Early Payment Discount with Purchase Order-$860
You can still receive the discount price of $860 if the invoice is paid within one week of shipping delivery date or invoice date. Just mail the check reflecting the $860 price within this time frame and we will accept the discount. Please note that after the one week period you will receive an invoice for the regular $950 price.
Please note: No exceptions will made if check is not received after one week of shipping delivery date.
Purchase Order Policy
Thirty Day Net: All purchase orders are Net 30 from invoice date which is the date of purchase. Any payments made after the 30 days are subject to a 2% late fee.
Please fax the PO: You must fax the actual purchase order to us at 1-866-600-7066 in order to complete and ship your order.
