We don't just say we have a proven method, we prove it! The Sube activities have been aligned with international standards and the strategies are based on the best research on second language learning.
I. Standards and Benchmarks
The SUBE curriculum has been carefully aligned with state and national standards. SUBE Spanish is aligned with New Mexico state standards. We have also aligned the curriculum with the TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages) because we found that TESOL standards are comprehensive and effective, and easily transfer to Spanish language learning. Below you will find all the standard alignments that are included in the correlating SUBE lesson manual. We can also provide correlatations for your state upon request. (Click on the following for PDF files.)
II. Scope and Sequence
The Sube Spanish curriculum has academic benchmarks that provide
scope
and sequence for each unit. To be released in 2010. Below is a sneak preview from the completed English Sube:

III. Assessment Chart
The SUBE curriculum includes an assessment chart for each unit to help you track each child's progress and determine areas of strength and weakness. When using the complete Sube program across grade levels, these charts are also used to help transition students from one grade to the next.
IV. Sube Methodology
The Sube curriculum is based on years of research on how to teach a second language effectively in the classroom. It has been field tested successfully in classrooms nationwide during which time we have developed new and excting techniques and strategies that accelerate learning and make the process of teaching and learning a second language easy and fun. The Sube Methodology outline provides a detailed explanation of the theories and research that formed the Sube program and how we have developed strategies and techniques based on this research, as well as our first hand experiences in the classroom.
