page. We realize that this is the most important part in choosing the
right curriculum for your school, so we would like to help you in this
process. We want you to be sure that you understand how Sube works and
how the manual is structured so that you can decide whether it is right
for you. We can also provide additional sections from the manual or
components from the kit upon request.
The Sube curriculum is divided into eight units. Each unit includes a set of flashcards, lesson plans, a series of multisensory activities outlined in the activities section, a parent take home sheet, student worksheets, and a theme-specific music video. It also includes the Accountability Pack (part of the lesson manual) which provides the Benchmark Evaluation Chart, TESOL Standard Alignment, the New Mexico Standard Alignment (which can be correlated with other states), and our newest addition, exams for each unit which is available as a free PDF upgrade.
The complete kit includes 32 ready to go lesson plans designed for weekly or bi-weekly classes between 30-90 minutes long. Additional activities are included for those wanting to teach daily. For weekly classes the curiculum can span between two or three school years, depending on implementation. For daily classes the kit is designed for one school year.
